Inspired by Asian Fusion cuisine, we take crunchy, toasted edamame and merge it with a creamy high percentage cacao (47%) milk chocolate and fine sea salt. The result is a perfect balance of sweet and savory tasting notes with a nutty texture. The cacao origin is Rupa-Rupa, Upper Amazon region of Peru. The beans are fermented 7 days, dried 7 days with a medium roast. Envelope contains 3 one-ounce mini bars.

When CEO Jean Thompson founded jcoco, the ultra-premium sister brand to Seattle Chocolate in 2012, her mission was twofold: elevate the way people experience chocolate and turn an everyday indulgence into an opportunity to make a difference. At the heart of jcoco is its mission of giving back. Since its first bar sold, jcoco has donated a percentage of all sales to organizations providing meals to people in need.
