He is one of the greatest colorists, pattern makers, and environmental and exhibition designers of the 20th centurey. Hired by Herman Miller in 1952, Girard led the company's textile division. Using folk art as his inspiration, Girard created whimsical and sophisticated designs that have urged us toward a more playful and expressive way of life.

The mirror is chrome plated stainless steel compact mirror with lacquered pattern on one side and also had dual mirrors.

The quatrefoil pattern is also available in Roller Ball, Card Case, and Key ring.
